It’s easy to fall into the habit of saying “good job!” But according to research, “good job” isn’t always the best way to praise kids. Why? Experts argue that “good job” puts too much emphasis on the end product, rather than the process, and that it doesn’t give kids the kind of constructive, qualitative feedback they need to improve. That’s why we’ve pulled together some great, alternative ways to say good job.
